The Programme

NVQ Level 2 Cleaning and Support is a listed programme. The learning materials cover the underpinning knowledge and are designed to support a blended learning approach (some face to face, group work and some distance learning).  There is also a need to observe and assess candidates in the workplace. The materials come complete with assessments and a comprehensive tutor pack.

Course Content

Mandatory Units:

Make sure your own action reduce risks to health and safety
Communicate effectively with customers and others

And either

Work as a team and develop yourself

Or

Work individually and develop yourself

Optional Units:

Clean and maintain internal surfaces and areas
Clean and maintain external surfaces and areas

Deal with routine waste

Clean washrooms and replenish supplies
